The BM FlexCheck is designed to collect all data from the vehicle inspection process and store this data in central databases for further processing.

The system features a long range of options, that allows for a customized processing.

OPTIONS

Electronic test equipment can be connected to BM FlexCheck via Bluetooth.
Collecting and processing vehicle inspection data.

Windows or Android smartphone or tablet.

Quality control, vehicle inspection, pre-inspection and reception procedures can be done from the handheld units.

Remote control using the touchscreen (identical with the infrared remote control for BM test equipment).

Virtual display with all test data (identical with the physical display for BM test equipment).

Data from other test equipment (headlight tester, emission tester etc.) is also shown on the handheld unit.

Visual inspection can be done from the handheld unit.

Principle of use

The vehicle is registered either at lane entry, reception office or via internet booking. If the vehicle has previously been inspected then only entry of registration number is required.

Vehicle is selcted from the queuing list. This list is generated by BM FlexCheck when the vehicle is registered.
Test results from the electronic test equipment are automatically sent to the handheld unit via Bluetooth.
The handheld unit is used to control the electronic test equipment.
Visual inspection points can be entered following the inspection guide on the handheld unit.
Data is automatically and continuously transferred to the test lane PC from where the test report can be printed.
