The BM mobile trailer solution is a complete vehicle inspection system for brake testing, wheel play detection, emission testing and headlight testing of vehicles.
The BM trailer consists of one or more of the following equipment designing a customized solution:
- BM20200 mobile roller brake tester
- BM53000 mobile wheel play detector
- Emission testing equipment
- Headlight tester
- Transport trailer including generator
All equipment will be controlled from one embedded electronics.
The solution features a large range of options, that allows for a customized configuration.

- Unique transport frame system, which can be mounted onto a standard trailer with tilt function.

- All steel is of highest quality and hot galvanized.
- Can be supplied in a minimum configuration and still allows for later upgrade to all options.

- Integrated guide.

- Calculation of test results according to the requirements of many national authorities.

- Advanced data collection, storing and presentation of test results.
- Data capture from a complete inspection lane.
- PDA/smartphone/tablet solution that allows the operator to control and monitor the test results directly on a handheld unit.

- Less than 30 minutes setup time.
- Hardtop in aluminium or soft cover:
- Special unload rails are used to roll the equipment out using the integrated electrical winch.
- The winch is controlled via cable remote control.
- Special lockable transport boxes for tools.
- The equipment is connected to - and powered from - the onboard generator located inside the trailer.
