BM1010 Test Line

The BM1010 test line is a unique test line for brake test and speedometer test of motorcycles, 3-wheeled vehicles and ATV’s.

The BM1010 test line consists of one or more of the following equipment designing a customized test line:

• BM1010 roller brake tester
• BM200 speedometer tester
• Unique wheel clamp system

All equipment will be controlled from one embedded electronics; the X010 system.

The equipment features a large range of options that allows for a customized configuration.

BM1010 roller brake tester
Advantages

• IT system using latest app technology for smartphone and tablet (Windows and Android).

• The display can be mounted either on the wall, saving floor space, or on floor column devices, that are designed so equipment is protected even when floor is cleaned with chemicals. It can also be mounted on a trolley making it easy to move around.

• Modular system to test 2 wheelers, 3 wheeler (side car and tricycle), and 4 wheeler (quad), with auto detect of vehicle type.

Installation

• Hot galvanized subframes can be concreted into the ground before the actual equipment is installed.

• The subframes ensures easier planning and implementation of installation as well as correct alignment of the equipment during concreting.

• Can be installed both in-ground and on-ground.

Applications

• Private workshops.

• Vehicle inspection bodies.

• The on-ground solution is particular suitable for premises with high water table.
