BM3010 Mobile Test Line

The BM3010 mobile test line is a strong and reliable on-ground test line for testing of light vehicles.

The BM3010 mobile test line consists of one or more of the following equipment designing a customized test line:

• BM3010 roller brake tester
• BM40010 suspension tester
• BM810 side slip tester built-in the ramp or on-ground
• BM305 tacho tester

All equipment will be controlled from one embedded electronics; the X010 system.

The equipment features a large range of options, that allows for a customized configuration.

Advantages

• IT system using latest app technology for smartphone and tablet (Windows and Android).

• Test line installed above ground without the need for expensive civil work.

• Requires a minimum of floor space.

• The rollers are only 160 mm above floor level allowing for very short drive on/off ramps (only 185 cm on each side).

• The display can be mounted either on the wall, saving floor space, or on floor column devices, that are designed so equipment is protected even when floor is cleaned with chemicals. It can also be mounted on a trolley making it easy to move around.
   

Installation

• Placed directly on the floor indoor or outdoor without need of civil work.

• Can be installed both indoor and outdoor in most environments from -30ºC to 60°C and humidity up to 95.

• A system of modular interlocking connecting and drive on ramps ensures easier implementation of installation, as well as keeping correct alignment of the equipment.

Applications

• Private workshops.

• Vehicle inspection bodies.

• Rented workshops where permission to dig up the floor is difficult to obtain.

• Where the workshop is likely to be relocated to a new premises in the near future.

• Can be placed in front of a 4-post lift. The height of the equipment matches the height of most 4-post lifts.
