The design of the BM9010 roller brake tester is unique as it allows for split bed installation over an inspection pit.
This brake tester features a large range of options that allows for a customized configuration.
OPTIONS
Robust and long lasting:
All steel is of highest quality and hot galvanized.
Consists of an integral motorized gear box, two main rollers and a spring loaded sensor roller, all placed in a galvanized steel frame.
The wear surfaces of the rollers are based on mesh steel to ensure a long life time and accurate measurements.
Steel mesh plus a flinstone/bauxite surface for test of all tires except spike tires.
Steel mesh for test of all tires including spike tires.
Can be supplied in a minimum configuration and still allows for later upgrade to all options.
Prepared for test line expansion including suspension tester, speedometer tester and side slip tester all controlled from the same electronics with results shown on one display.
Easy to use with BM software:
Integrated guide.
Advanced graphics printout.
Diagnostic printout with or without connection to PC/Notebook.
Calculation of test results according to the requirements of many national authorities.
IT system using latest app technology for smartphone and tablet (Windows and Android).
Split bed roller set makes it possible to install over an inspection pit.
The display can be mounted either on the wall, saving floor space, or on floor column devices, that are designed so equipment is protected even when floor is cleaned with chemicals. It can also be mounted on a trolley making it easy to move around.
Designed to maximize the protection of the wheels and chassis of the vehicle being tested.
The rollers are raised over floor level which ensures that vehicles are tested with all 4 wheels in floor level. The raised rollers also reduce the risk of damaging skirts and spoilers while entering and exiting the roller bed.
Installation
Hot galvanized subframes can be concreted into the ground before the actual brake tester is installed.
The subframes ensures easier planning and implementation of installation as well as correct alignment of the brake tester during concreting.
Can be installed both indoor and outdoor in most environments from -30ºC to 60°C and humidity up to 95.
Applications
Normal workshops performing repair of any light vehicles.
Vehicle inspection bodies.
Workshops testing light vehicles and vans/city trucks up to axle loads of 5000 kg.
Designed for and used by the government owned vehicle inspection bodies in Iceland, Sweden and Denmark.
Designed for very high throughput combined with minimal downtime and maximum lifetime.
